1. Non-Refundable fee
Buyer understands and agrees that the $500 deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, including but not limited to if Buyer decides she/he does not want or is no longer able to take the puppy. If Buyer chooses not to choose from current litter, the deposit will go towards Bella's next litter.
